Any person who shall willfully disturb the peace and quiet of any person, persons or neighborhood, or good order of any assembly or meeting of people assembled for religious worship, or for any other purpose shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or be imprisoned in the city jail not less than five (5) days nor more than three (3) months or both so fined and imprisoned.
