It shall be unlawful for any person to climb over or enter the fenced enclosure of the Russell Swimming Pool in any manner other than through the gate or entrance provided therefor or to enter the same at any time other than when the pool is open for admittance to any such person except with the consent of the duly authorized officers of the city or the person in charge of the pool.

It shall be unlawful for any persons having any venereal disease or other contagious or infectious disease or who shall have on his or her person any open sores, wounds, cuts, rash, skin eruption, or whose appearance shall give evidence of any skin or blood disease to enter the swimming pool of the city.

It shall be unlawful for any person in any manner to pollute the water of the Russell Swimming Pool, or to cause any dog or other animal to enter the waters, or to throw or cast any rocks, sticks, paper, bottles, cans, food particles or other foreign substance or object into the swimming pool.

It shall be unlawful for any person to enter the water of the Russell Swimming Pool in any apparel other than a regular bathing suit, or to enter the pool without first taking a shower bath and otherwise complying with the regulations governing the use of the pool, or to conduct himself or herself in a disorderly or indecent manner in or about the pool. Any person violating any of the provisions of this section may, in the discretion of the person in charge of the pool, be removed therefrom and thereafter be refused admission to the pool.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not exceeding $50.
