(a) The following Zoning Regulations and Associated Zoning District Maps are hereby adopted by the City, codified and incorporated by reference herein, to-wit:
(1) The Standard Zoning Regulations - 2015 prepared by the Russell City Planning Commission and compiled by it for and approved by it on January 8, 2015; and
(2) The associated zoning map identified as the Zoning District Map - 2015 prepared by the Russell City Planning Commission and complied by it for and approved by it on January 8, 2015.
All of the provisions of said Standard Zoning Regulations -2015 and Zoning District Map - 2015 shall have the same force and effect as though all of the terms and provisions therein contained were fully set forth herein. Said Standard Zoning Regulations- 2015 and associated Zoning District Map - 2015 having been prepared as aforesaid are hereby adopted and ordained by reference pursuant to the following statutes: K.S.A. 12-741, 12-755, 12-756, 12-3009, 12-3010, 12-3011, 12-3012, 12-3301, and 12-3302, and such others that may be applicable.
(b) It is further ordained that three (3) copies of said Standard Zoning Regulations-2015 and Zoning District Map - 2015 so adopted herein stamped as official copies shall be on file with the City Clerk and be available for inspection by the public during all business hours in the office of the City Clerk.
(c) Said Standard Zoning Regulations and Zoning District Map have been subsequently amended by the ordinances enumerated in the history of this code section.

(a) The following Subdivision Regulations are hereby adopted by the City, codified and incorporated by reference herein, to-wit:
The Standard Subdivision Regulations - 2017 prepared by the Russell City Planning Commission and compiled by it for and approved by it on November 9, 2017.
All of the provisions of said Standard Subdivision Regulations - 2017 shall have the same force and effect as though all of the terms and provisions therein contained were fully set forth herein. Said Standard Subdivision Regulations- 2017 having been prepared as aforesaid are hereby adopted and ordained by reference pursuant to the following statutes: K.S.A. 12-741, 12-755, 12-756, 12-3009, 12-3010, 12-3011, 12-3012, 12-3301, and 12-3302, and such others that may be applicable.
(b) It is further ordained that three (3) copies of said Standard Subdivision Regulations - 2017 so adopted herein stamped as “official copy as incorporated by Ordinance No. 1902” shall be on file with the City Clerk and be available for inspection by the public during all business hours in the office of the City Clerk.
